Copyrighted characters are typically not considered for origins. Main reasons being that they are strongly opinion based and that they often have a deeper, older basis (eg two separate characters based on one core thing, rather one character based on another). It's highly preferred not to include copyrighted characters unless its 100% confirmed by official word or there is no other basis whatsoever.
