(This affects more than this page.) The descriptions says that, yes, but I guess it's just the description. From what I've checked in the demo, the [[power]] of Water Shuriken stays the same. Instead, Greninja's stats increase. For me, it was 107/98/61/104/64/130 before and 107/135/61/141/64/137 after transforming. So what makes Water Shuriken "more powerful" is the increased SpAtk, and I don't think there's anything to Water Shuriken specifically.
