::I'm sorry, but I just saw this. Looking at [[List of glitch moves]], moves with index numbers 253-255 seem to be available to glitch Pokémon, and I think these can be carried over to Gen II, so I've restored that. I'm not sure about HM10 (index number 252), but there might be a method I am not currently aware of as well.
