That this is based on Smogon's rulings need to be made more apparent. They're not the only unofficial tier setting group, though they are the most prominent. Other groups seem to use a similar system but handle some individual species differently, while others use a different system entirely. --[[User:KingStarscream|KingStarscream]] ([[User talk:KingStarscream|talk]]) 21:07, 10 April 2016 (UTC)
