::Those are called usertags, you can find a list of all of them by searching "Category:Usertags" in the searchbar. The way I had mine set up, I used a "userbox" coding to put them all into a column on the right side. A bit hard to explain with words, but if you view the source of my userpage, you should be able to replicate the style pretty easily.
