This card was released in the English {{TCG|Mysterious Treasures}} expansion, first originating from the Japanese {{TCG|Secret of the Lakes}} expansion. It was reprinted in the next English expansion, {{TCG|Secret Wonders}}, originating from the Japanese {{TCG|Dialga LV.X Constructed Standard Deck|Dialga LV.X}} and {{TCG|Palkia LV.X Constructed Standard Deck}}s. It was then released as a Cosmos Holofoil Promotional card in Japan and was awarded as a prize for defeating Pokémon Card Laboratory employees in the PCL Corner Battle event at 2007 Spring Battle Roads between March and April of that year. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the Mysterious Treasures print was released in the {{TCGMerch|Diamond & Pearl|Series|Diamond & Pearl Collection}} in August 2008. It was later reprinted again in the {{TCG|Rising Rivals}} expansion, first originating from the Japanese {{TCG|Bonds to the End of Time}} expansion, and then again in the Japanese {{TCG|Advent of Arceus}} expansion. A special Crosshatch Holofoil print of the English card was made available during the Dahlia Season of the 2009-10 {{TCG|Pokémon League}} Cycle.
