:According to wikipedia, all games that have not been enhanced for DSi are region free (work on all versions of DS). Since Platinum was released before the DSi, then it should work fine on whatever console that plays DS games. It has been suggested that the title of this article be renamed "Pokémon Platinum." I'm okay with the suggestion, but even though other territories don't use the word "version," North America does, so we should refer to it by its full North American name. Thank you.
