I wish to bring up this topic on the origin of Looker, as I believe that this theory has quite a few valid points and believed by quite a few people. As I wrote in the edit, Looker shares many qualities to David Tennant's Doctor. :First of all, Looker's Pokémon sharing the same colors as the TARDIS is a bit far-fetched, as is the Psychic paper idea. Second, the character origin on the page is much more plausible, and states exactly why Koichi Zenigata might be an inspiration for Looker. It certainly makes much more sense than a British sci-fi television show that's not even about a detective. At least that's what I think. We should probably get a few more opinions on this. But I would say this isn't really a valid theory. Quotes from a multi-sided conversation—as happens not infrequently on this site—very often quickly become meaningless without the context of the rest of the conversation. I added context here because I was getting those quotes and making the X/Y section. It's not done elsewhere because I haven't done that or tried to fix it up elsewhere/everywhere (except for a few places, like some ORAS demo quotes that I also added), because that's a huge job that I'm not quite up to dedicating myself wholly to.
