I asked [[User:ht14|ht14]] about this yesterday, who checked with [[User:Kogoro|the editor-in-chief]] and confirmed they are all to be white text. I have gone ahead just yesterday and updated all Hoenn Pokémon pages - which as you note were all mixed up even there - to now all have white text. This is the standard from what Kogoro says.
