:You just need to edit [[Special:MyPage/monobook.css|your monobook.css]], I believe. Of course, hiding the advertisements could result in less money support for Bulbapedia (not sure if it counts the ad as loaded or not if you hide it), so you might want to consider this before you actually do anything; you might be doing the wiki a disservice.
