So I've noticed that with all these spammers that have been popping up, whenever they get their IPs blocked as well, it always seems to be in the same range. Does Bulbapedia Staff have some internal rule against blocking IP ranges? Because if not, why not just block the whole 216.154 range rather than individual addresses?
