:First, I don't have the time nor the inclination to find out which copyrights are held by Nintendo and which are held by developers. I don't care if you think it's dumb; I didn't make the rule, bring it up with the staff if you don't like it. Second, Smash Bros. is not even remotely like putting copyrighted characters as origin inspiration: Smash Bros ''has Pokémon properties in it''. Finally, use the preview button more often.
