The flavor text says it prevents the user from using status moves...Does that mean any move that is counted in the status category, or only moves that effect the Pokémon or Opponent's stats? Like, if I were to have a Pokémon with Block and Double Team as moves hold the Assault Vest...would Block and/or Double Team be unusable so long as Assault Vest is held?
