(which was also seen in the Bandai cards) So it was literally a design change and not just general sprite trivia. We have similar trivia for Jynx and Registeel. Togepi's applies because it refers to the fact that you can see its entire body in the back sprite. Every Pokémon has a back sprite, but very very few show their entire bodies. I was going to Google this Klinklang's name, but misspelled it, entering "Klingklang." The results returned were relevant to a band from Liverpool, or so says the almighty Wikipedia.
