::Pages in your userspace are located at <code>User:Viv/page</code>. The best way create them it is to type "User:Viv/page" (where "page" is whatever you want the page to be called) into the searchbar, and then click the "Create" tab at the top of the page (and remember to keep the [[Bulbapedia:Userspace policy|userspace policy]] in mind).
