If you had read the Userspace policy, you would know that talk pages do not apply, you would know the edit limit, and you would be able to plan out your userspace edits better. If you had read the Template policy, you would have known that you cannot create templates directly in the mainspace and you wouldn't have had to move it in the first place. Don't get angry and upset at the staff because you didn't do what you were supposed to do.
