I got the Team Plasma lvl 100 event Deoxys a couple of days ago, the same day I bought Pokemon White 2. When I started the game, Deoxys would never do what I told it to. Sometimes, though, it does actually listen to me. After hitting itself and falling asleep a couple of times first, that is. But when I entered the Pokemon World Tournament for the first time. It listened to me every single time, and won every battle in the competition. :It's possible that Pokémon won't disobey you inside battle facilities (and possibly during link battles).
