:In G/S/C, the Remoraid is tan in the non-shiny sprites due to color limitations, and turns its normal light-blue in Mantine's shiny form. In Gen 3, the Remoraid stays the same color in both forms apart from a few pixels. --[[User:IWannaBeTheVeryBest|IWannaBeTheVeryBest]] 21:35, 17 December 2010 (UTC) | :In G/S/C, the Remoraid is tan in the non-shiny sprites due to color limitations, and turns its normal light-blue in Mantine's shiny form. ::Removed, after two years of apparently being ignored. I also had something I wanted to say that didn't fit in my edit summary, which was "As noted on the talk page a couple of years ago, this was only true in Gen 2, and only because of sprite limitations. Gen 3's Remoraid is nearly identical between Mantine's shiny and nonshiny sprites." I also wanted to add that this probably meant to indicate that it is a shiny Mantine attached to a ''non''-shiny Remoraid (but this is, of course, entirely speculative and not to be included in the article at all).
