It made only three appearances (at least thus far, but I doubt Gary would ever use it again), and the only part of its history which is a reasonable size was its battle with Team Rocket and Pikachu, and battling doesn't contribute to a Pokémon's notability. :::Ash learned about the unique Pokémon in the Sinnoh region after seeing Electivire for the first time, that is the first major plot impact. In [[DP045]], Electivire was the one who helped out in protecting Shieldon, the featured Pokémon. It battled against Saturn's Toxicroak in [[DP151]], fought for the Lake guardians and it helped in stopping Hunter J on a few occasions as well. These appearances are more than enough to keep this article.
