Having two Rare Candies when performing the glitch and giving them to the L0 Celebi enables it to be used normally on the go and it also allows for the Celebi to learn all 4 starting moves (Confusion, Leech Seed, Recover and Heal Bell) at L1. This has been tried by myself and it's confirmed to work. | |||
