"It is known that Emolga rubs its hands together in order to raise the power of its electricity." I saw this in Special Abilities, and I was wondering when this was shown. I checked all its Pokédex entries, and couldn't find it. Is it in one of the undubbed anime episodes or the manga? I only ask because it struck me as a little odd. Thanks!
