:Scare you into submission? It's in the game data, go on and seaarch Pokémon by their color in RSE. Golbat's purple according to the Pokédex, '''despite''' how it appears to actually be. Can I comment on this issue? It's higly possible that in Japan, saying that Golbat is purple is seen as correct. Studies show that cultures can have remarkably differnt perceptions of color -- in fact, the Japanese really had to invent new words to describe colors like 'green' and 'pink', which had previously been clumped with blues and reds, respectively. Golbat could be interpretad as "Indigo" rather than a straight out purple or blue. Plus, we are going on the game data here. If we start allowing people to just put fanon opinions into acticles it'd just be a random mess. [[User:Manga-in-a-bottle|Manga-in-a-bottle]]
