I noticed that the names of Pokemon episodes are punctuated on Bulbapedia with italics. I've learned that italics are used only for names of novels, films, television programs, and, when they were produced, Radio serials. Quotations are used for names of television episodes and shorts and poems, and I'm pretty sure something else. To open up episode articles, there's no punctuation in the English title, dub and translated. I know it would seem to be a long and tedious sub-project, but I'd be more than willing to help.
