When you arrive in Nimbasa City you will see two Plasma Grunts hassling the old man from the [[Pokémon Daycare]]. Once you defeat one of the grunts, they'll retreat and the Daycare man will reward you for your help by giving you a [[Bicycle|Bike]]. Afterwards he'll return to the Daycare on {{rt|3|Unova}} and you'll now be able to deposit two Pokémon in the Daycare and also be able to breed two compatible Pokémon. After he leaves, [[Bianca]] shows up explaining that [[Professor Juniper]] explained to her that Nimbasa City has a lot of things that she can do and decides to head to the [[Pokémon Musical]] first. Before doing anything else head to the building northwest of the Pokémon Center and talk to the man near the stairway to receive {{HM|04|Strength}}. Next head to the Upper floor of that building and talk to the Old Woman and if your lead Pokémon has a high enough happiness factor you will receive the {{DL|Held Item|Out-of-battle effect items|Soothe Bell}}, a hold item that can help with raising the happiness factor of the Pokémon that holds it.
