:No it isn't. In the song, Misty brings up the bike unprovoked and Brock is all "not this again". In that episode, Brock needs some time to remember why they were always arguing, which is what makes Misty suddenly remember why she was following Ash. I always interpreted that scene as happening when Misty was bringing up her bike a lot. | |||
