:Well, to me the old one represented a huge linkage of wikis. The new one seemed a bit overloaded with shapes. While gray is Nintendo's new color, to me it seems that those shapes don't work that well. The shapes in the background seem to be randomly placed and placed to densely. The old one makes me feel that this wiki is the center of NIWA; the new one makes it appear to be "just another wiki" (which could be what you're going for). It's not that the new logo is bad, but I still prefer the old one.
