I am trying to help a new user format their userpage the way that they want it, because they are having a tough time with it. I asked him for permission to edit his page, and he gave it to me, mostly because he is having a tough time with the wikicode. Is it kosher with the rules around here for me to edit in his userspace, since he has used up his three edits for today?
