They were vandalising a town which the residents hated but Jack thought was art. [[Team Rocket]] watch and decide to steal the Smeargle, later the Smeargle get angry a paint on everything making the residents even madder. Suddenly Team Rocket steal the three Smeargle, but {{Ash}} and {{Ashfr|his friends}} find them and the Smeargle start to run away. The next day Ash finds that the Smeargle are tring to clear up [[Whitestone]] instead of painting all over it.
