::::Honestly I don't see what "being knowledgeable with EarthBound" has to do with this. :V It's just taking a look at the similarities and see if it's notable to mention. I would say that they're just coincidences, especially with Mewtwo and Deoxys being released eons apart, meaning it's not very likely for Deoxys to be based off of EVE anyway.
