TPPC currently has every Pokemon released on it's list of usable Pokemon. Some Pokemon are unavailable , either not released yet, or removed(Mew). Each Pokemon can learn almost every move that has ever been released, including ones that would not normally be available, for example Charazard can learn Ice-beam. Some moves are removed from the game either due to complicity or because the move list was created before the moves could be added. Due to Pokemon being able to learn moves that would be unexpected, pokemon that would noramly not be able to beat each other are now capable. Example: Pikachu can simply use Ice-beam or whine wipe to defeat Pokemon like Onix which is a rock-type Pokemon. Do to this ability to learn any move, battling becomes more strategic than before because of each Pokemon can now easily have a type advantage attack. | |||
