:Are you saying that Dento is not like Misty and Brock? Like those two, he is a Gym Leader who follows Ash all over a region. Maybe he won't be like Misty and follow him into other regions, or like Brock and follow him for 600 freaking episodes, but he's definitely like them in more ways than not. Did Misty and Brock deserve their own pages at the end of Johto? Yes. Yes they did. Otherwise Misty would not have been split off (since she has appeared only three times, in five episodes, since the end of Johto). The BW series will be 190 or so episodes. That's enough to assume considering AG and DP did it, and generations are lasting about four years these days. Iris, by virtue of being in the games, follows along with the previous female companions Ash has had, and considering they gave her a spot on the main cast and a Dragon-type, I'd think she's '''''heavily''''' involved with the legend of Reshiram and Zekrom in the games.
