Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver beta: Difference between revisions

During the planning and development stages of '''{{game|HeartGold and SoulSilver|s}}''',[[CoroCoro]] magasine realeased some information about the upcomeing game includeing game sprites and locations. Everything in the artical was found in the real game witch a few modificatins and clean ups.

Before the game was released, there are pictures from [[CoroCoro]] Magazine that showed {{ga|Silver}}'s, {{p|Chikorita}}'s, {{p|Pikachu}}'s and Pikachu-colored {{p|Pichu}}'s beta sprites. These were changed later on. There is also a beta back sprite of {{ga|Ethan}}. His hair is slightly different and there is a symbol on his hat.  

Beta screenshots also exist, one of the [[Slowpoke Well]] that instead shows a [[Team Rocket grunts|Team Rocket grunt]] standing where [[Proton]] is in the final version, as was the case in the original games, and another of the Mystri Stage in [[Sinjoh Ruins]] that shows the three circles being identical instead of three different colors in the final version. Althought many players who saw this artical thought the ruins to be removed, they are still in the fame codeing acsessable if the player brings an event [[Arceus (Pokémon)|Arceus]] to the ruins of alph.

Also, {{p|Cyndaquil}}'s sprite in the intro is different to its front sprite in the main game. This may be something in the beta version that was forgotten to be edited in the intro.
