Release information

This puck was awarded as a prize to those who placed second in the Kyurem Cup held over the course of the Kids Games Festival in Golden Week. The events present at each venue hosting the festival depended on the 'Pattern' allocated. 'Pattern A' events held both the Reshiram•Zekrom Cup and Kyurem Cup, which took place at Aeon Mall Atsuta, Nagoya on April 28, 2012; at Aeon Mall Aratamabashi, Nagoya on April 29, 2012; at Dynalecx, Aeon Ibaraki Shopping Center, Osaka on April 30, 2012; at the Mori complex of Aeon Mall LakeTown, Saitama on May 3, 2012; and at Aeon Natori, Miyagi on May 6, 2012.

'Pattern B' events held just the Kyurem Cup, which took place at the Tsutaya bookstore at Power Mall Maebashi South, Maebashi on April 28, 2012; at Susono GrinPa Amusement Park, Shizuoka on April 29 and 30, 2012; at the Keikyu store at Wing Kurihama, Yokosuka on May 4, 2012; at the Rusutsu Resort, Hokkaido on May 4, 2012; at the Koriyama Toy Festival, Koriyama on May 5, 2012; and at the CoroCoro Hobby Festa in Suzuka, held at Suzuka Circuit, Suzuka on May 6, 2012.

The puck was made available for a final time as one of three optional second place prizes in the Pokémon Battrio Big Thanksgiving event to celebrate the game before its announced discontinuation in May 2012. The event took place at Namco Wonder Park Hero's Base in Kawasaki on June 3, 2012.
