Release information

In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2004. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was one of two cards available in the EX Holon Phantoms Blister Packs, released in May 2006. It was made available again in the Rayquaza Blister Pack, released in May 2007.
