Mr. Norris is a character of the day who appeared in Time After Time!. He did not receive a name in the Japanese version.
Mr. Norris is the caretaker of a cottage in Azalea Town. Mr. Norris was working with Sunflora when Walker and Camille arrived with Goh for a holiday. Mr. Norris greeted them, having met them three years earlier when they had used the same cottage. Mr. Norris gave them the key to the cottage and wished them a good time.
