  • The card mock-up created for the the Pokémon Card Official Book 2000 erroneously has an Energy cost of   instead of the in-game Energy cost of   .
  • This card is only obtainable by Card Pop! In the digital version of Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Nintendo 3DS, Card Pop! is disabled, rendering this card unobtainable on that platform.
  • This card uses the same stock art of Mew as the Wizards Promotional Mew.
  • There are eight possible outcomes for the Mystery Attack:
    • 10 damage.
    • 10 damage. The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.
