Although this Pokémon is level 24, Machop does not evolve into Machoke until level 28.

Origin

Focus Blast is a move later introduced in the Generation IV Pokémon games that Machoke could learn via TM52. Wicked Jab's Japanese name is that of Throat Chop, a move later introduced in the Generation VII Pokémon games that Machoke cannot learn before evolving into Machamp. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Blue.
