Haley
Haley (Japanese: ハツネ Hatsune) is a character of the day who appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution!.
She is the leader of the B-Button League and the older sister of Oralie. As the leader of the League, she aims to make her Feebas beautiful without evolving it.

| Haley's Feebas appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution!, where it was part of the B-Button League, a group of Coordinators that do not evolve their Pokémon. After the group met Haley and Oralie, Magikarp and Feebas jumped out the water, showing off their beauty.
Later, with their new mecha, Team Rocket grabbed Feebas and Magikarp so they can evolve them into a Milotic and Gyarados, respectively. Pikachu tried to use Thunderbolt to break them out, but was captured too. The trio attempted to evolve the Pokémon but the machine did not work, after which Pikachu used Iron Tail to break them out and destroy the mecha. Along with Magikarp, Feebas battled Team Rocket, using Ice Beam alongside Magikarp's Tackle, which sent Team Rocket blasting off. Feebas's only known move is Ice Beam. | ||
