Erbie (Japanese: エルビー Erbie) is a character who appears in Pokémon UNITE.
In the games
Erbie is a researcher who assists Professor Phorus in researching Aeos energy. He is also the organizer of the Unite Battle Committee with him being in charge of managing the rules for Unite Battle as well as running the Unite Battle Committiee shop.
He guides the player through Pokémon UNITE's tutorials, and explains the Draft Pick and Panic Parade features.
His partner Pokémon is Elekid.
In the manga
Pokémon UNITE Manga - Come On Over to Aeos Island!
Erbie appeared in the first chapter Aeos Energy alongside Professor Phorus as they introduced the Unite Battles. He served as the Chief of Operations for all tournaments and events. In the second chapter Zirco's Holowear, Erbie was called over as Zirco explained what Holowear was. He made a brief appearance in the third chapter Welcome to the Stadium announcing that competitors were free to rest until the next battle was announced. He appeared again in the fourth chapter In Search of an Aeos Energy Spot with Professor Phorus, in which he assisted the professor in discovering the Theia Sky Ruins.
Pokémon
Elekid was first seen in the first chapter Aeos Energy, appearing alongside Erbie and Professor Phorus as they introduced the Unite Battles. It was later seen in the fourth chapter In Search of an Aeos Energy Spot, in which it traveled alongside Erbie in the Aeos site that later became known as the Theia Sky Ruins.
