Dynamic Punch (Japanese: ばくれつパンチ Exploding Punch), formatted as DynamicPunch prior to Pokémon X and Y, is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation II. It was TM01 in Generation II.
Dynamic Punch inflicts damage and confuses the target.
Dynamic Punch gains a 20% power boost when used by a Pokémon with Iron Fist.
Dynamic Punch can also be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining extra two appeal points if either the move Focus Energy or Mind Reader was used in the prior turn.

- Prior to Generation VI, Dynamic Punch was the only non-status move with 100% chance of confusing the target if successful. From Pokémon X and Y onwards, this trait is also shared by Chatter.
- Although it does not possess any hands, Wooper can learn Dynamic Punch.
