Once Team Rocket is defeated, she will thank the player with a Pink BowGSC/BrightPowderHGSS. After the player has defeated Lance at the Indigo Plateau, Mary will show up with Professor Oak, attempting to interview the player before Lance takes them to the Hall of Fame.

Smea-Smea
Smea-Smea
Smea-Smea was a Pokémon that belonged to Whitney. She gave it to DJ Mary prior to Gold's arrival. It was known for bothering him all the time when they first met, which angered him. Gold chased after Smea-Smea with his Pokémon, all the way to Goldenrod's Radio Tower, where he found out that it belonged to Whitney and DJ Mary.

Smea-Smea appeared again along with Mary while Whitney was battling against Pryce's Suicune ice sculpture. During the final battle against the Masked Man, Smea-Smea was seen mimicking Entei's Flamethrower via its Sketch, making it capable of permanently melting Pryce's re-freezing ice.
