Wendy is a top ranger. She has the title of Flying Ranger due to her use of Staraptor.

Wendy is first seen in the Almia Times as a top ranger, along with Sven. She is first met by the player on their first visit to the Ranger Union. When the player first becomes a top ranger, she gives them a lift to the Union on her Staraptor.

She refers to her Staraptor as "my guy".
