Warp tiles first appeared in ''[[PS407|Chancing Upon Chingling]]'', where {{adv|Diamond}} found one by accident while infiltrating the [[Team Galactic HQ]]. He then proceeded to step onto multiple other warp tiles in his effort to find the room where the imprisoned {{adv|lake guardians}} were being kept.

Multiple warp tiles appeared inside the [[Plasma Frigate]], first being seen in ''[[PS540|Flying Ship]]''.

A warp tile appeared in ''[[PS578|Gyarados Changes]]'', where {{adv|X}} accidentally stepped onto one in [[Team Flare Secret HQ|Team Flare's HQ]], transporting him into the [[ultimate weapon]]'s control room and in front of [[Lysandre]].

The Trophy Room warp tile in [[Aether Paradise]] first appeared in ''[[PASM31|Ray of Light!! Through the Crack in the Sky!]]'', making several reappearances later in the chapter.
