What is the ruling for anime Pokémon not belonging to anyone who appeared in one episode (including ones who are nicknamed). If they receive an article, does staff need to approve of it first, because I created the Osharina article off-site since she caused the rivalry between Ash and Cadbury, which was the main focus of the episode. :You'd be better off talking to a staff member who watches the anime, but based on what you've told me, I do not think it qualifies based on the notability requirements. Werdnae (talk) 01:20, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

IP range calculator
I had passed this onto G50 and felt that I should also pass it onto you: IP range calculator I use this on Wookieepedia to calculate range blocks, and looking over the block log, the blocked IP will need to be range-blocked. That said, I had dropped the two IPs into the calculator and calculated a range: Range 216.154.88.0/21 (up to 2048 users would be blocked) Looking it up, it may be a proxy server, as I had dealt with spambots from that hostname before. Thus, blocking the aforementioned range should do the trick. Good luck! :Since the IP traces to residential Canada, which is one of our main audiences, we won't be blocking an IP range because it's far too likely to hit legitimate users. Not to mention the fact that this user clearly knows how to change his/her IP, I'm confident that it wouldn't stop the target person for long. Werdnae (talk) 01:20, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
