What is the ruling for anime Pokémon not belonging to anyone who appeared in one episode (including ones who are nicknamed). If they receive an article, does staff need to approve of it first, because I created the Osharina article off-site since she caused the rivalry between Ash and Cadbury, which was the main focus of the episode.
