:That is the reason behind the discussion taking place on the forums. Last time it was discussed, a 5PP difference was deemed acceptably similar, however status chance required no variation. Some people, including several staff members, feel that it is too lenient and so the discussion was started. Actually, I tell you, according to me, if you can accept a 5 PP difference, then certainly you can accept an absence of a secondary effect. What I'm saying is, either both {{m|Surf}} and {{m|Ice Beam}} are variations of {{m|Flamethrower}}, or none of the two. [[User:PSinha|PSinha]] 07:45, 9 May 2012 (UTC) | |||
