My reply and settlement over the ...

Egg moves do not exist in the anime due to the games =/= anime. Serebii states that gender, but they are not a reliable source(and Mr. Merrick has said not to use his site as a source). Also, Captivate and Attract from a Pokémon w/a confirmed gender and a non-dubbed statement of such are the only proof that Bulbapedia accepts. Given that Tracey's Marril has not appeared in a long time, nor has Tracey, this issue is closed until such things occur. And Japanese gender-aligned Pronouns do not count, either.
