Well, seriously, I'm kinda a native German speaker, and I can assure you that "Kraftpunkte" is the proper [http://www.crodict.com/nouns/german/Punkt.html nominative plural]. So, unless I'm mistaken, we should use that!? I'm a bit hesitant to undo twice, so I'd rather clear this up. I guess you're the more experienced editor at language sections.
