Did you read the Userspace policy? If not, then you should know that there is a limit on how many times a day you can edit the userspace. We only allow for four edits in this space per day. Your userspace edits in the one day you've been here count seven. I'm not an admin, but I'm going to let you off with a warning; if you continue to do this, you will lose the privilege of editing the userspace entirely. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Instead of making multiple edits, why not use the Preview button (Alt + Shift + P) located right next to the edit button to look at your page and see how it is coming? That way, your page can look great while staying within the required amount of edits. Instead of editing the userspace, as a wiki, we encourage users to edit the mainspace. Your userspace privileges are not going to be returned to you yet. There was no reason for you to not know the rule. It's not only linked in the welcome, but it is also linked in one of the warnings you got to stop editing the userspace excessively. You were given three warnings to stop editing to much, it is your own fault for disregarding them, and continuing to edit your userpage. Now stop complaining about it to Alpha Totodile, there is nothing he can do about your userspace revocation. Want to edit your userpage?
There is one way to get it back: edit the mainspace more. If you don't know, the mainspace is for all the articles like EP001, Ash Ketchum, Pikachu (Pokémon) and more. Bulbapedia takes a lot of pride in its encyclopedic content—hello, we're an encyclopedia!—so we want them to be as best as possible. If you don't think you can contribute to those, and just want to blog about yourself, go to Myspace, Facebook, or the Bulbagarden forums. Until you show us you can be a trusted editor of the mainspace, you will not be able to edit your userpage. Don't whine about it any more, ok? Userspace editing
I've noticed that you've edited your userspace five times today. However, not only is this two more than you're allowed, you haven't edited at all since 2011. Just like in the past, editing the userspace more than the mainspace goes against the Userspace policy, which currently states that you can a) Only edit your userpage three times per day and b) You must have at least one more mainspace edit than you do userspace edits. As you've had your userspace rights revoked previously, continuing to edit your userpage without any edits to the mainspace may result in having your userspace rights revoked again.
