::The others are not my handiwork; as I mentioned, I built my own Pokédex of sorts by scraping each Pokémon's Bulbapedia page for the relevant data. Surely we can assume that those who input the data had credible sources in doing so, no? I reckon the blank ones were just a matter of somebody skipping over that particular section of Pokémon for whatever reason. If you'd like, I could run a cURL script to check my current data against Eevee's dex...
